NORMAN, Oklahoma -

The American Red Cross will host a dinner for the Little Axe storm victims Saturday night.

The nonprofit organization will provide a meal to the May 2013 storm victims, while volunteers distribute H.O.M.E. kits that include weather radios and preparedness tips.

The American Red Cross said the kits were designed for those affected by the storms and will ensure the community is prepared if another disaster occurs.

Family members will also have the opportunity to participate in educational activities with volunteers.

The dinner will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., February 22, at the First Baptist Church Little Ax, 3405 168th Ave. N.E. in Norman.
