Law enforcement officials are asking for the public's help in tracking down a sex offender who failed to register in Logan County.
The Logan County Sheriff's office is looking for 43-year-old Cedric Baker.
Baker is required to register on the sex offender database for life, after a conviction for three counts of rape by instrumentation and three counts of lewd acts with a minor back in 2004.
Baker was convicted for failing to register back in 2009 and sentenced to prison time. He was released in late 2013, and although investigators say he has met with probation and parole, he did not register, and has not been cooperating with probation and parole or the sheriff's office to obtain registration.
Authorities have obtained warrants to track Baker's cell phone, and police have tracked him to two addresses near N. Penn. Ave. and Memorial Rd. and NW 122nd St. and May Ave., in northwest OKC.
Officials say Baker is a strong risk to the public and are trying to get him back into custody immediately.
If you have any information that can lead to Baker's arrest, please contact your local law enforcement or the Logan County Sheriff's office at (405) 282-4100.
