One Rescued From House Fire In SW OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Crews are responding to a house fire in southwest Oklahoma City, Sunday afternoon.

Emergency personnel were called to the scene, located at 1128 SW 28 St. Once on scene authorities reported seeing large plumes of black smoke billowing from the second floor of the home.

At least one EMSA unit has been called to the scene. According to scanner reports, a firefighter had to rescue one person from the home.

It is unclear at this time how the fire started. No word yet on how seriously the person inside of the home was injured. A damage estimate has not been released.
