The Salvation Army Provides Shelters, Warming Stations

Whenever the temperature gets below freezing, the Salvation Army opens its doors to get people out of the cold. Whenever the temperature gets below freezing, the Salvation Army opens its doors to get people out of the cold.
OKLAHOMA CITY -

Dangerously cold temperatures are prompted the Salvation Army to provide warming stations for people to come inside from the cold.

The Salvation Army also provides shelter, food and safety. The Salvation Army Emergency Shelters are providing warm beds, coats, winter caps, gloves, socks, hot coffee, extra food and special care.

The Salvation Army Emergency Shelter locations:

  • The Salvation Army, 501 S. Harvey, Oklahoma City, OK
  • The Salvation Army, 318 E. Hayes, Norman, OK

The shelters and warming centers are open 24 hours a day.
