Tulsa Murder Suspect Believed To Be Hiding In OKC

Police are on the lookout for a first-degree murder suspect on the run from Tulsa County and believed to be hiding in the Oklahoma City area.

The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office issued a warrant for first-degree murder against 33-year-old LaRon Tucker on Nov. 20. They believe that Tucker, who is from the Bristow area, was involved in the Tulsa shooting death of Kendall Austin on Oct. 1.

The investigation into the shooting revealed that Tucker was also shot during the altercation that led to the Austin's death. Tulsa Police have not been able to locate Tucker since the warrant for his arrest was issued, and they believe he may have fled to the OKC area. 

Tucker is described as being 5-foot-8 and approximately 180 pounds.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing, and detectives said they are still gathering evidence to charge others who were at the scene with Tucker at the time Austin was killed.
