A sand truck leaving the quarry near Highway 169 in Tulsa rolled onto its side Wednesday afternoon.
The crashed forced police to close the right lane of southbound Highway 169 at State Highway 266 and 46th Street North.
Officials said the driver was going too fast and one of his tires had a blowout.
No injuries were reported, and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation is cleaning up the scene.
