A Mustang house was ripped apart as a trash truck lost control Monday afternoon. The house is missing walls and half of its roof.

The homeowner is stunned by all the damage. Howard Berry is surveying what's left of his daughter's room. He said if she'd been home, he's not sure how this would have ended.

Berry said a trash truck ran off the road near S.W. 89th and Cemetery and right into a van parked in his driveway. That van was then pushed into the house.

"I thought well it's not going to be that bad. Boy, I got home, and it's ten times worse than I thought it was going to be," Berry said.

The trash company is the Oklahoma Environmental Management Agency out of El Reno. It is contracted out by the City of Mustang.
