Motorcyclists To Host Annual Christmas Toy Parade In MWC

The Naysayers Motorcycle Club will host its annual Christmas Toy Parade Sunday afternoon in Midwest City.

The parade will take place at 2 p.m. at Regional Park in Midwest City. Bikes will begin to assemble about 1:30 p.m.

According to event organizers, toys collected from the parade will be donated to Christmas Connection for the Christmas Shopping Days program serving low income families.

In 2012, 1,100 motorcycle enthusiasts donated toys for the parade. The group stretched over two miles along the parade route led by Santa and his sleigh.

Organizers say over 2,400 children living in poverty will benefit from the toys collected. Many families impacted by the May tornadoes will also be part of Christmas Connection's 32nd Annual Christmas Shopping Days program.
