Quickie Enchiladas
1 pound browned ground beef
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup salsa
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups shredded cheese
12 corn tortillas cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Scatter 1/2 of the tortillas on the bottom of the pan. Pour 1/2 of the meat mixture over the top. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese. Then place the remaining tortillas, meat sauce and cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes! Serve with a green salad.
