Two small earthquakes rattled the central Oklahoma area Friday morning.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 2.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded just before 8 a.m. Friday. Its epicenter was located three miles east of Luther, 13 miles north, northeast of Choctaw, and 25 miles east, northeast of Oklahoma City.
It was about three miles deep.
Another 2.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 9:42 a.m. Friday. Its epicenter was located four miles north of Spencer, six miles east, southeast of Edmond, and 11 miles northeast of Oklahoma City. It was about three miles deep.
No injuries or damage have been reported following these earthquakes.
