Crews Respond To Accident Involving School Bus In NE OKC

Emergency crews are on the scene of a collision involving a school bus in northeast Oklahoma City, Monday afternoon.

Crews are responding to a crash involving a Spencer school bus and a SUV in the area of N.E. 23rd and Coltrane. Spencer schools are in the Oklahoma City Public Schools District.

The driver of the SUV was injured. That driver's condition is unknown at this time.

Authorities say no students were on the school bus at the time of the collision. The school bus driver was going to pick up students for an after-school function.

It is unknown if the driver of the school bus was injured.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
