The Silver Alert for a missing Tonkawa man has been canceled after the man was found safe.

Bill Reisch, 60, went missing from a home in Tonkawa around 8 a.m. Saturday in a lavender-colored 2005 Kia Rio with Oklahoma license plate number 937-BVC. He was wearing a grey T-shirt and grey pants. He was also wearing a back and neck brace.

Police say Reisch had surgery on Tuesday, and has a broken sternum and injured neck. Authorities say Reisch is very ill and in a diminished mental state due to his health and age.

Again, the silver alert has been canceled. Reisch has been found safe.
