Charges Filed Against Man Accused Of Stealing Shriner's Train In Mustang

Charges have been filed against the man accused of stealing a Shriner's train used in parades.

The District Attorney's office says Thomas Marcus took the train in the early morning hours of July 4.

The train belonged to some Shriners from Mustang who had planned to drive it in the Edmond Parade.

Marcus is also being charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and stealing $8,000 worth of tools a week before that.
