Oklahoma City Police have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with a double shooting that left one man dead and another wounded at Rockwell Terrace Apartments.

Edmond Tyree, 48, was shot and killed Wednesday, July 17, at the complex near Rockwell Avenue and Melrose Lane. Michael Hale, 47, was wounded and treated at a hospital.

Police say Antwion Martin and two other men tried to rob the victims of their cell phones. Police say the victims were shot after they recognized the suspects.

An arrest warrant was issued for Martin Friday, and he was arrested over the weekend.
