3.4 Magnitude Quake Shakes Near Harrah

HARRAH, Oklahoma -

An earthquake shook up residents in Harrah, Okla., located in Oklahoma County, Wednesday night.

The 3.4 magnitude temblor hit just after 7:30 p.m. and was recorded at a depth of a six miles. The epicenter of the quake was located two miles east southeast of Harrah, or about 22 miles east of the OKC metro.

No injuries or damage have been reported with this earthquake.

Earlier Wednesday evening, a 2.8 magnitude quake was recorded near Ninnekah in Grady County.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), quakes with magnitudes from 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans.
