MOORE, Oklahoma -

Moore Police say they arrested more looters Wednesday night.

Police opened devastated neighborhoods to property owners Wednesday afternoon, but are closing down those neighborhoods at nightfall.

Sgt. Jeremy Lewis police are doing what they can for tornado victims.

"They're totally mentally shot, they've lost everything, and until you go through that, you just don't know what it's like," he said.
