Edmond police officers have called off the pursuit of a suspect who fled into Logan County.

The chase began at the Edmond Police Department when the suspect dumped his passenger and took off north of Covell Road into Logan County.

Police lost the suspect north of Penn, just passed Seward Road. Police have issued a BOLO with the Guthrie Police Department and the Logan County Sheriff's Officer for a red Honda Accord.

Officers have talked with the suspect's passenger and now have his name and address. No other details have been released by police.
