Police arrest a Seiling man for possession of child pornography.

Mark Bailey, 43, was arrested and booked into the Dewey County Jail for Possession of Child Pornography and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act on Saturday, April 13. Police located Bailey in rural Dewey County along with a computer that contained images of child pornography.

The arrest stems from a cyber tip police received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip led investigators to an IP address in Seiling. OSBI agents and officers from the Guthrie Police Department, the Kingfisher Police Department and the Seiling Police Department served a search warrant at 401 S. Maple in Seiling Saturday afternoon.

Bailey's wife, 40-year-old Heather Bailey was arrested at the home on a warrant from Major County for failure to appear on an Omission to Provide for Minor Child charge.

No children were in the home and investigators do not believe any children were being sexually abused inside the residence.
