Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Says He Won't Enforce Healthcare Law

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma's Insurance Commissioner says his office won't be enforcing the federal Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare.

John Doak sent a letter to the feds, saying, "It is unfortunate that health insurers are being forced into a system of dual regulation by the overreaching Obama administration."

Doak says his department will only focus on state insurance laws.
