A homeless man freezes to death in the winter weather. Now advocates are speaking out, saying there aren't enough beds to get all of Shawnee's homeless off the streets.

Henry Yandle's mission is helping Shawnee's homeless get off the streets. But other homeless men and women say there aren't enough places for them to find shelter.

At least two shelters in Shawnee have been shut down and advocates say efforts to build new ones in the area have been met with resistance from the community.
