NORMAN, Oklahoma -

Norman Police have arrested another suspect in the murder 51-year-old Patrick Burton.

Justin Tyler Dewberry, 26, was arrested at around 7 p.m. by Cleveland County Sheriff Deputies & members of the United States Marshal's Metro Fugitive Squad.

Dewberry was sought as a co-conspirator in the murder of Burton. Burton's body was found in his burning home on Feb. 13, after a tree trimming crew spotted smoke coming out of the house he shared with his mother at 619 Villa Drive.

Christopher Cody King and Mary Courtney York have been arrested in connection with Burton's death. They are facing murder charges.

York told authorities that Burton sometimes gave her money, and she followed him to the bank to get money on the night of the killing. York says she also went with King to meet Burton, and that's when he robbed and shot him.
