OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma City man is in jail, charged with first degree robbery after he reportedly sneaked into his ex-girlfriend's house, hid under her bed, and waited for her to return.

Stalking like this is happening more and more in Oklahoma and nationwide.

Jason Allen Ferguson is still in the Oklahoma county jail on a $20,000 bond.

Court papers state Ferguson not only hid under the bed, but grabbed the phone from his ex while she tried to call 911 for help. This all happened last Tuesday at a home in the 2100 block of S.W. 33rd street.

Neighbors say this isn't the first time Ferguson has stalked his ex-girlfriend at her home.

January has also been declared stalking awareness month by the President.
