OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt says he's through fighting it, and will now focus on enforcing the state's strict illegal immigration law.

Many have challenged House Bill 1804's tough stance, especially a mandate requiring all businesses check employees' immigration status.

An appeals court struck down parts of the law, but the mandatory immigration checks stayed in.

Wednesday, the AG and the pro-business groups battling to have the law struck down both agreed to accept the court's decision.
