Amber Hilberling.
TULSA, Oklahoma -
A judged denied a request to reduce the bond for a 21-year-old Tulsa woman charged with killing her husband.
Amber Hilberling appeared in court Tuesday morning in her request for a bond reduction.
Joshua Hilberling died in June 2011 after falling 17 stories from his Tulsa apartment. Prosecutors claim Amber Hilberling pushed him; she says he fell and that the building had dangerously thin windows.
Amber Hilberling was arrested the same day her husband died and was released from jail after posting $250,000 bond. She was jailed again for curfew violations, freed on bond and jailed a third time for violating the terms of her release.
