OKEMAH, Oklahoma -

The murder trial for Kevin Sweat could be moved from Okfuskee County.

Sweat is accused of killing two young girls just outside of Weleetka in 2008.

Sweat's attorney says changing the trial's venue is necessary because the overwhelming amount of publicity has "tainted" the public's view of Sweat., therefore making it impossible to receive a fair trial.
