My 2 Cents: Controversial Photo Taken At The Tomb Of The Unknowns

A picture says a thousand words, and when you put it on Facebook, it can change your life.

This woman is standing by a sign at the Tomb of the Unknown's, one of our country's most hallowed places, flipping her middle finger and pretending to scream while her friend gets the great picture.

Then she decided to post it to her Facebook page.

Apparently she thought her friends would think her a rebel, and get a real kick out of it.

Instead, the nonprofit she works for near Boston, the one that sent her on that trip to Washington D.C. has suspended her and her co-worker, the picture taker, and she now has more Facebook notoriety than she ever dreamed.

Someone started a group called Fire Lindsey Stone.. and it already has 10,000 likes!

Stone says they meant no disrespect to those who've served.. she's just challenging authority.

I just went to Arlington National Cemetery and the Tomb of the Unknowns, it was one of the most humbling experiences I've ever had.. I can't even imagine taking mocking pictures there.

If I were her boss at that nonprofit serving disabled adults... I'd can her... she lacks judgement and understanding.
