OSU Remembers Plane Crash Victims One Year Later

STILLWATER, Oklahoma -

On Saturday, the OSU campus honored four people killed in a plane crash a year ago.

Head Basketball coach, Kurt Budke, assistant coach Miranda Serna, and two OSU supporters, Olin and Paula Brandstetter, were killed when their plane went down during a recruiting trip on November 17, 2011.

A "Remember the 4" banner was placed near the memorial lobby for people to sign. A moment of silence also took place before kickoff at the football game against Texas Tech.

The entire football team was wearing the number 4 on their helmets, to honor the four victims in the crash.
