McLOUD, Oklahoma -

Two corrections officers at the Mabel Bassett Correctional Center in McLoud are accused of groping and having sex with female prisoners.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing, and two prison guards are the only ones facing charges in this case so far.

Investigators started looking into the allegations back in September after an inmate came forward and said she witnessed corrections officer Jamie Baker having sex with one of the inmates.

Jamie Baker faced a judge in Pottawatomie county court Friday morning with his wife by his side. Baker was a prison guard at the Mabel Bassett correctional center, but has since been fired.

Baker pleaded not guilty, but court records claim he "admitted to having sex" with at least one of the inmates. The 43-year-old is facing a total of 15 felony counts of rape and other sex charges.

Court papers reveal he is accused of groping or having sex with a total of nine female inmates at the Mabel Bassett correctional center while on duty.

Richard DeHaven, 56, is also facing one count of sexual battery. He is accused of "groping a female inmate."

The District Attorney says they are investigating if any other employees or inmates may be involved.

Attorneys confirm it is against the law for a corrections employee to have sex with inmates, even if it is consensual. And that all corrections employees are told this during their training.

Baker is out on $10,000 bond.
