OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police arrested a man on Halloween night who is accused of assaulting an employee at a haunted house in Oklahoma City.

Julio Ibarrola Jimenez, 33, was arrested on one count of assault and battery.

According to police, officers responded to the incident at about 10:30 p.m. on October 31, at the Ultimate Terrors Haunted House, located at 7000 Crossroads Boulevard.

An employee acting as a statue in the "Skull Manor House" said a patron, later identified as Jimenez, walked up to her and shoved his hand into her face, striking her nose.

The staff at the haunted house stopped Jimenez and called police. Jimenez was then taken into custody and transported to the Oklahoma County Jail.

Police say the rules were clearly posted at the haunted house, warning patrons not to touch the actors as they won't touch them.
