OKLAHOMA CITY -

A man charged with murdering six people, including a prostitute featured on HBO's "Cathouse" series, appeared in an Oklahoma County courtroom Tuesday morning.

Denny Phillips is charged with six counts of murder. He's accused of shooting four people; Milagros Barrera, Casey Barrientos, Jennifer Ermey and Brooke Phillips. Brooke Phillips was featured on an HBO show about prostitutes at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, a legal brothel near Carson City, Nevada.

Both Phillips and Barrera were pregnant when they were killed, leading prosecutors to charge Denny Phillips with two additional counts of murder.

Phillips waived his right to have his trial occur within the 180-day time period. The move will give prosecutors and the defense more time to prepare for trial.

In addition to six counts of murder, Phillips also faces one count of conspiracy to commit murder.
