TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Public Schools says security guards at Memorial High School followed procedure when they pepper sprayed students last week.

TPS says security tried to break up a fight among three students on Thursday. One of the students hit a security guard who then used pepper spray.

TPS says the officer's use of pepper spray was fully justified.

The three students involved in the fight have all been suspended for the rest of the year.
