James Harden made an appearance at Raising Cane's in Edmond on Thursday.

Harden drew over 500 fans to the new chicken eatery Thursday night, serving up chicken fingers for drive-thru customers.

Harden also stuck around to sign a couple hundred autographs.

"We have the best fans in the NBA. They're supportive, no matter what. That's the greatest part about being in Oklahoma. I really love it here," Harden said.

Cane's has also launched a "Respect the Beard" contest on Facebook. Creative winners can win various prizes.
