TULSA, Oklahoma -

A Tulsa man and his wife were arrested Friday, charged with several counts of child abuse and permitting child abuse, respectively.

Matthew Charles Oeth, 26, was charged with three counts of child abuse by injury. Tulsa County District Court documents show one count each of alleged abuse of three different children, ages 3, 4, and 6.

Angelica Renee Dudley, 26, was charged with one count of permitting child abuse by injury, the court documents say, for allowing Oeth "to have access to the children when she knew or reasonably should have known that she was putting the children at risk of harm."

Records show Oeth pleaded guilty to a domestic assault and battery charge in December 2009, for which he served one year in Tulsa County jail. A second charge from the same time was dismissed, when a witness for the prosecution failed to appear.

Oeth also pleaded guilty to drug charges in July 2009 and July 2006, court filings show.

Oeth was booked into a Tulsa County jail on a $150,000 bond, and Dudley on a $50,000 bond.
