Muskogee Teenager Arrested On First-Degree Murder Complaint

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -

Muskogee Police have arrested a teen on a first-degree murder complaint.  

John Cone, 18, was arrested Friday evening in Muskogee.

Cone had been identified Friday morning as a person of interest in the shooting death of 26-year-old Skyler Brewer, which happened late Thursday.

Police said the shooting stemmed from a fight earlier in the evening.

Police told News On 6 that Cone was arrested without incident.

He was booked into the Muskogee County jail where he is being held without bond.
