All lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 in Midwest City have reopened after crews repaired a hole in a bridge.

All lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 in Midwest City have reopened after crews repaired a hole in a bridge.

The one square foot hole was discovered Sunday morning in a bridge over S.E. 29th Street. Crews from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation closed one eastbound lane between Sooner and Air Depot to repair it.

All eastbound lanes reopened by 5 p.m.
