Midwest City Man Accused Of Knowingly Spreading HIV

A Midwest City man is arrested for allegedly engaging in conduct to transfer HIV.

Police said Luther Laird admits he had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old boy. He told police he tried tell the boy he was HIV positive but never did.

The teen claims Laird held him against his will but Laird says that's not true.

Laird also faces charges of rape and a drug crime.
