KINGFISHER COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Hundreds of volunteers continue to search for a 77-year-old Kingfisher woman who's been missing since last Wednesday.

Betty Simon disappeared after visiting her husband at an Oklahoma City rehabilitation facility Wednesday evening. Her husband Leo is recovering from heart surgery.

Betty Simon was supposed to drive home to Kingfisher after she left her husband, but she never made it home. Authorities issued a Silver Alert last week.

Donna Trotter is one of Betty Simon's Daughters.

"Hundreds of people are looking. If feels wonderful, and it's overwhelming at times. We're gone over all the different ways she was driving home, we just don't know where she could have gone," Trotter said.

Betty Simon was driving a 2004 Buick LeSabre with Oklahoma license tag 169-EZM.
