OKLAHOMA CITY -- Fire crews extinguished a fire at a house in southwest Oklahoma City Thursday morning.
According to officials, firefighters responded to the fire just before 7 a.m. Thursday, at a house located on S.W. 49th Street near Western.
The family of four was not at the house when it caught on fire. Relatives living nearby have notified them of what has happened.
Fire investigators say the fire likely started after high winds caused a tree limb to fall on a power line that pulled off a weather head on the rood. That chain of events somehow sparked Thursday morning's blaze.
