Oklahoma City police arrest a man for lewd acts against a young family member.
Michael Lee Edwards, 56, is behind bars at the Oklahoma County jail. The alleged victim is just four years old. The girl's mother says her daughter told her a family member had been touching her inappropriately.
Edwards is being held on a $30,000 bond.
