Moore Homeowner Arrested After House Fire

A Moore man was arrested for Arson after firefighters responded to a fire at his home on NW 15^th and Southminster, Wednesday night.

According to scanner traffic there was a lot of smoke and an explosion as the fire completely destroyed the home. Police later arrested the owner, Ronald Carter, for the fire and for public intoxication.

Investigators have yet to determine what was used to start the fire.
