Slow Cooker Scalloped Corn, Ham and Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 c. peeled, cubed (cut into 1-inch pieces) potatoes
1-1/2 c. cubed ham
1-15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced red pepper
1/2 of sweet onion, minced
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup Philadelphia Original flavor Cooking Creme
1/4 cup Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. chicken broth (more if needed)
Directions:
In a 3-1/2 to 4 qt. crock pot combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. In a small bowl, combine next 3 ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour mixture over potato mixture; stir gently to mix. Cover; cook on low setting for 7-9 hours or until potatoes are tender.
