Silver Alert Issued For Missing OKC Woman

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing elderly Oklahoma City woman.

Oklahoma City Police say 89-year-old Alwana Fay Reed was last seen wearing a white jacket and purple dress, leaving church at SW 89^th and Shields.

News 9 is told that Reed, who goes by the name Fay, does not have a phone but does drive a green '98 Pontiac van with liscense plate number '064-BHA'.

Police say Fay suffers from dementia and is in immediate danger of bodily injury or death.
