OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma City murder investigation is revealing evidence of pornography and incest.

New details are emerging from the crime scene where police say a father killed his son. On January 18, D.E. Abbott told News 9 he shot his son.

Neighbors say D.E. Abbott and his son Perry Abbott lived together for years and that they had issues with one another. Now, information from a search warrant filed in district court gives a glimpse into their lives. Some of the information in this web report and the attached video may be disturbing to some people.

Less than a month ago, police taped off a crime scene on Oklahoma City's northeast side. The scene was that of a home shared by murder suspect D.E. Abbott and his son, murder victim Perry Abbott. Police found D.E. after the shooting at the Conoco Flying J truck stop near I-35 and NE 122nd Street. That is where D.E. admitted he pulled the trigger.

Now, weeks later, investigators continue scouring the Abbott home. Police say, on the day of the killing, they found porn in books, magazines and DVDs. Police report some of the books included stories of incest.

The search warrant also reveals that a family member tells police that D.E. had a history of molesting his own children. D.E. admits to police he had watched pornographic DVDs with his son, but he denies any knowledge of items detailing incest. Police report finding 94 books and magazines, Polaroid photos and sex toys in the house.

D.E. tells police he shot his son because his son was holding him captive in his own home. D.E. is now out of jail awaiting his next court date. He is due back in court Friday, February 24.
