A police search warrant reveals what was used to murder a Midwest City woman in her home.

The suspect, Phillip Potts, showed no emotion as police escorted him to the Oklahoma County Jail.

He is accused of killing his aunt Violet Hemphill. Police found an axe next to her body and a large wound in her chest. Potts has been uncooperative in the investigation but his girlfriend who was also in the house told police what happened Monday night.
