According to an autopsy report released Friday, the State Medical Examiner has determined a drug known as Bromo-Dragonfly killed a 22-year-old woman at a Konawa party.
Stacy Jewell died in May, along with Andrew Akerman. The Ada woman overdosed on the designer synthetic drug. The Medical Examiner ruled the manner of her death as "accidental."
Prosecutors said 21-year-old Cody Weddle supplied the synthetic drug that killed Jewell and Akerman, and sickened several others. They've charged Weddle with two counts of second-degree murder.
Weddle posted bond and was released from jail the week before Christmas.
