SEMINOLE, Oklahoma – The family of a missing 33-year-old Seminole woman is desperately searching for any information that may lead them to her.

Veronica Carlson was last seen Thursday, October 13. Her family says she went to Sportsman Lake with two people. One of them, a woman, is accused of assaulting Carlson.

According to her family, Veronica Carlson ran from Sportsman Lake, flagged down a black car and got in. She hasn't been seen since.

Seminole Police questioned the people at the lake with Carlson. The woman was taken into custody on unrelated warrants and has been released.

Seminole Police say they do not suspect foul play in Carlson's disappearance. They are treating it as a missing person case.

Veronica Carlson is 33 years old and weighs 90 pounds. She has long, dark brown hair. Anyone with information about her whereabouts should call Seminole Police.
