OKC Boy Arrested For Allegedly Raping 5-Year-Old Girl

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police arrested a 12-year-old boy Tuesday for allegedly raping a five-year-old girl.

According to the police report, the little girl told someone at her daycare she had been inappropriately touched by the boy.

According to police, the victim said her parents knew about the incident. However, the mother of the victim stated that she did not know about it, nor did she report it to anyone, police said. Her other children are now in protective custody.

Police said they were able to locate the boy at his home and take him into custody.The boy was booked into the Berry House on a first-degree rape charge.
