PRAGUE, Oklahoma -- Some Oklahoma middle school football players are accused of sexually assaulting a teammate. The incident happened in Prague under the supervision of a principal and the district's superintendent.

The Prague Police Chief said this could warrant charges. But she's not investigating at this time. Not until the alleged 8th grade victim and his parents come forward to file a report.

What happened two weeks ago near the Prague football field is slowly leaking out. But some say the district doesn't want everyone to know.

"I do believe Prague schools is trying to rake this under the rug," a concerned Prague citizen said.

She didn't want her face on camera, but said five 8th grade football players held down a teammate. One of them forced the boy to give him oral sex.

During the 7th and 8th grade practice, a football coach answered some of our questions about the incident.

"The stories you have gotten are not true," said Kyle Fridrich, Prague Football Coach.

Minutes later, he said the incident happened somewhere between the locker room and the field. He said the superintendent and middle school principal were supervising that day.

Parents said the accused 8th graders only received in-school suspension.

The superintendent would not confirm the punishment and said he has helped with football practice in the past. He said he was advised by their legal department to not comment about the incident.

The police chief said when she asked the superintendent about the incident, he told her it was blown out of proportion and the victim's parents are happy with the punishment.
