SPENCER, Oklahoma -- An Oklahoma City firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion after battling an overnight house fire in Spencer. Fire crews respond to the blaze at Wilshire and Westminster at about 2:30 Sunday morning.

The house was vacant, but firefighters say they had trouble getting inside because the house was filled with so much junk. The home is a total loss.

The cause has not been determined.
