TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police have released the only 911 call received on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 concerning a death at the University Club Tower 17th and South Carson.

The caller, who says he was smoking a cigarette, calmly tells the 911 operator he saw a man fall from a high rise apartment to the parking garage below.

Amber Hilberling, 19, was arrested for murder after her husband, Joshua, fell 17 stories to his death.

Tulsa Police said Amber pushed Joshua, and the 23-year-old fell out of the window on the 25th floor of his high-rise apartment.

She was released from the Tulsa County jail on Wednesday after posting a $250,000 bond. A judge has ordered her to surrender her passport and she must wear an ankle bracelet at all times.

The Tulsa County DA's Office has yet to file a charge against Amber Hilberling. When she was arrested, she was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a first degree murder complaint.
